I spent 1 night in a Deluxe Room with a King bed at the Omni Tempe Hotel, and the experience had its ups and downs. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and had a stylish mid-century modern design, which I really appreciated. Room service delivered excellent food and the rooftop bar offered great views, perfect for unwinding. However, the ice machine on my floor was broken, and although the concierge promised to bring ice to my room, it was a bit inconvenient. Also, I noticed the pool deck could use more umbrellas. Valet parking was efficient, but it's an extra cost on top of the room rate, which felt a bit excessive. Besides these minor issues, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would consider returning for another stay.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay in a spacious room with great amenities like the relaxing rooftop bar and the beautiful pool area. I loved unwinding at the sun terrace and sipping drinks while enjoying the view. The only hiccup was a long wait at the smaller café on the first floor, but it didn't take away from my experience at all! 🌅

The room was gorgeous, cozy bed with feather type pillows, great location to shopping and food. I loved the waterfall shower – it's like a spa experience right in your room.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but still within the realm of acceptable.

The Deluxe Room with 2 Queen Beds was pretty comfy and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The beds felt great for a good night's sleep. I liked the modern decor too, it made everything feel fresh. Just a heads up, sometimes I could hear noise from outside, which was a bit distracting at night. Overall, a solid stay!

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel had spacious rooms with modern decor that made me feel right at home. The rooftop bar offered stunning views and was a great spot to unwind. The staff was not only friendly but also very helpful, making the experience even better.
Some noise from traffic can be heard.

The rooftop bar delivers stunning views of the surrounding area, making for a cool spot to unwind after a long day. The lobby features modern decor with inviting seating that’s perfect for catching up on work or just relaxing.
Unfortunately, the noise level in the hotel is a real problem. The absence of a proper closet, with only hooks for hanging clothes, is surprisingly lacking for the room's price. Housekeeping also fell short, missing a day entirely, which left us without new towels or coffee supplies. Lastly, the nightly $39 valet fee seems a bit excessive, particularly with the additional $100 deposit that wasn’t mentioned until check-in.

I had a lovely time lounging by the pool after a hectic day. The chicken and mashed potatoes at dinner were fantastic, just like Walter would like!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly worth it for what you get.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25modern decorcomfortable bedconvenient locationcoffee shop chaos
I recently spent two nights at the Omni Tempe, and I was really impressed. The location near Arizona State University made it easy to get around. Plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby kept us busy. The modern decor in the hotel is stunning. The room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and neat amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with local recommendations. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. the views are fantastic. However, the coffee shop on the first floor struggled on the busy morning due to a conference. We waited a long time, and they seemed unprepared for the crowd. This could have been better managed. Overall though, it was a lovely stay, despite that hiccup.
